1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cups M&Ms or chopped walnuts
1 (10 oz) pkg mini Kisses
1 1/3 cups sweetened coconut flakes

Preheat oven to 375. Stir together first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside. Beat condensed milk and butter until smooth; add reserved crumb mixture; mixing well. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Drop by heaping tsp onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool.
