6 tbsp butter
1 cup plus 2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
6 tbsp packed brown sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
Preheat oven to 375. Melt butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in next 4 ingredients until crumbly dough forms. Press about 2/3rds of the dough into the bottom of a 9 inch square pan, making a firm even layer. Spread pie filling in the crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Serve warm or at room temperature.
