FUDGE TRUFFLE CHEESECAKE

Filling:
3 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz) pkg semisweet chocolate chips, melted
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Crumb Crust:
1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 300. Press crust into bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth, then add remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill several hours or overnight. Garnish with shaved chocolate if desired.
