TANGY SHRIMP

1 (2 lb) pkg medium-size frozen cooked shrimp with tails, thawed and drained
1 cup oil
⅓ cup white vinegar
1 medium-size sweet onion, thinly slice
3 tbsp capers with juice
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp each salt and celery salt
1 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
7 bay leaves

Combine. Cover and chill at least 6 hours or up to 2 days. Remove and discard bay leaves before serving. Serves: 8-10.
