TANGY MARINATED SHRIMP

1 lb medium uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
3/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup EACH lemon juice and olive oil
1/4 cup honey
Hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper, to taste
2 medium onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
1 jar (53/4 oz) stuffed olives, undrained.

Cover and steam shrimp 3-5 minutes or until pink. Cool. In bowl whisk together next 7 ingredients. Stir in onions and olives with juice over shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Serve with a slotted spoon. Serves: 4-6
