SUGAR SPICED ALMONDS

1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt AND chili powder
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 cups unblanched whole almonds

In a bowl, combine 1st 6 ingredients. Add almonds; toss to coat. Spread on a greased baking pan. Bake at 250 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir occasionally. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
