HAM AND CHEESE STUFFED MUSHROOMS

1 lb mushrooms
1 slice breakfast ham, finely diced
1/2 onion, finely diced
Parsley, finely chopped
4-5 garlic cloves, chopped
4 oz mozzarella cheese
1 oz parmesan cheese
Mushroom stems, chopped
Tarragon
Pine Nuts
Fennel

Mix all ingredients together except the mushrooms. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350.
