SPINACH ROLL-UPS

1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 pkg dried Ranch-style dressing mix
9 (10”) flour tortillas

Combine first 6 ingredients, and stir mixture well. Spread mixture on tortillas. Roll up, jellyroll fashion; wrap in plastic wrap. Chill 4-6 hours. Cut into 1/2 inch thick slices. Makes 6 dozen
