SHRIMP TARTLETS

18 slices white bread
Melted butter
Filling:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup canned chopped green chilies
1/4 cup diced cooked shrimp
1 green onion, thinly sliced
18 whole small cooked shrimp and paprika, garnish
With a rolling pin, flatten the bread to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut with a biscuit cutter for the bottom of tartlet. Lightly brush both sides of bread with melted butter. Press into ungreased miniature muffin cup.
Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine filling ingredients and spoon into cups. Top with garnish. Broil 5-6 inch from the heat for 2-4 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
