APPLE SPICE BREAD

1 pkg 2 layer size yellow cake mix
1 pkg small vanilla instant pudding
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil or applesauce
4 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg
1/4 cup allspice
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Blend well. Then for 4 minutes beat at medium speed with mixer. Pour into pans and bake 50-55 minutes. Bake until tooth pick comes out clean, and bread begins to pull away from the sides. Cool in pans 15 minutes, then remove and finish cooling on rack.
