CRAB CASSEROLE

8 oz crab meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup stuffing mix
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper and chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Hot sauce, Cajun season and pepper, to taste

Combine ingredients and pour into a lightly greased 1 to 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until hot and bubbly. Serves 4
