DILL POTATO

SALAD
2 lbs red potatoes, boiled and quartered
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 (2.2 oz) can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 cup salad oil
1/3 cup wine vinegar
1/4 tsp oregano, salt and dry mustard
1/2 tsp dill weed
Dash pepper
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes mixture. Stir and refrigerate several hours before serving.
