CREAMY ORANGE SQUARES

Crust
1 1/2 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 tbsp sugar

Filling
1 (3 oz) pkg vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 (3 oz) pkg orange gelatin powder
1 cup boiling water
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 cups whipped topping, thawed

To prepare crust, combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup mixture. Press mixture in an 8 inch square baking dish. Chill 1 hour, or until firm.

To prepare filling, combine pudding mix and milk in a glass liquid measure; set aside. Dissolve gelatin powder in boiling water. Stir in pudding mixture and oranges. Refrigerate until thickened but not set. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours, or until set.
