PORK CHOP AND POTATO BAKE

6 pork chops
Vegetable oil
Seasoned Salt and pepper, to taste
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk and sour cream
1 (24 oz) pkg frozen hash brown, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
French onion rings

Brown chops in a lightly greased skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine with remaining ingredients and spoon mixture into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Arrange chops on top. Bake, covered, at 350, for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and onion rings. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.
