MEXICAN PORK STEW (Crock pot)

1 lb pork loin, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 (20 oz) jar salsa
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

Mix first 3 ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hour or until pork is tender. Stir in beans. Cover and cook about 5 minutes more or until hot. Sprinkle each serving with cheese. Serves 4
