PRALINE SUNDAE SAUCE

1/4 cup butter
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
16 large marshmallows
2 tbsp light corn syrup
Dash salt
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add next 4 ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until marshmallows are melted and mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; cool for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve warm or cold over ice cream. Store in refrigerator.
