1 pint strawberries or 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1/2 lb butter, softened
1 cup confectioners sugar (use 1/2 cup if using frozen berries)
Place ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Chill completely.
NOTE: Use as a spread on bagels or toast.
