2 cups boiling water
2 (3 oz) boxes cherry gelatin
1 (16 oz) can pitted cherries packed in water, drained
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup sour cream
Whipped cream, for garnish

In a large bowl, combine water and gelatin; stir until gelatin dissolved. Cool to room temperature.

In a food processor, puree cherries. Add to gelatin mixture; stir until well blended

In a medium bowl, beat ice cream and sour cream until combined. Stir ice cream mixture into gelatin mixture. Pour into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Cover and refrigerate until set. Cut into 3 inch squares and garnish with whipped cream.
