LAYERED ITALIAN BEEF PIE

1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 tsp flour

Filling
1 lb ground beef
1 cup spaghetti sauce with mushrooms and onions
2 eggs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives

Preheat oven to 450. Prepare pie crust according to package directions for unfilled one-crust pie, Bake for 9-11 minutes or until very lightly browned; cool. Reduce oven temperature to 350.

Filling: Meanwhile, brown beef; drain well. Add sauce; simmer 10 minutes or until bubbling.

In a medium bowl, beat eggs. Add cheese and spinach; blend well. Spoon half of meat mixture into cooled baked crust; sprinkle with half the cheese and half the olives. Spoon spinach mixture evenly over cheese layer; top with remaining meat mixture.

Bake for 25-35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with remaining olives and cheese.; return to oven until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
