CAJUN SHRIMP

1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp garlic granules, and onion powder
1/4 tsp red pepper, thyme and salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Lime wedges

Toss shrimp in lime juice in a bowl. Mix seasonings in a small bowl and sprinkle over shrimp to coat well.

Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat until hot. Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes or until they are pink, stirring constantly. Spoon into a serving dish. Chill, covered, for 1 hour or more. Garnish with lime wedges. Serves 4
