WET BURRITO CASSEROLE

1 lb ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
Flour tortillas
1 can refried beans
2-3 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream, divided

Garnishes
Chopped green onions, chopped tomatoes, additional sour cream and picante sauce

Brown meat and onions; drain. Add seasoning (prepare as directed on taco seasoning pkg). Add refried beans. Mix soup with 4 oz sour cream. Spread enough sour cream mixture to cover bottom of a casserole dish. Put meat into tortillas. Wrap like a burrito and place seam-side down in casserole dish. Put the remaining sour cream on top. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake, uncovered at 350, for 20-30 minutes. Garnish as desired.
