EGG SALAD DELUXE

3 oz cream cheese with chives, softened
2 tbsp butter, softened
6 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp minced onion
2 tbsp chopped parsley and finely chopped celery
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp horseradish, lemon juice and salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Combine cream cheese and butter. Stir until smooth and add next 12 ingredients, mixing until creamy.

NOTE: For deviled eggs shape into 1 inch balls; roll in cheese and parsley. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
