WESTERN NOODLE CASSEROLE

1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 small can tomato paste
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups noodles
1 cups water
1 small can whole kernel corn
Grated cheese


Brown meat, garlic, onion and green pepper in oil; cook until tender. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Cook on simmer until noodles are done. Add corn; pour into casserole. Cover with cheese and bake at 350 until cheese melts. Serves 10
