WESTERN MISSOURI CASSEROLE

1 lb ground beef
1 (16 oz) can corn, green beans or red beans
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp chopped onion or onion powder
1/2 cup picante sauce
2 pkg corn bread mix

Brown beef in skillet; drain. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Pour into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Mix corn bread mix according to pkg directions and spoon over beef mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until corn bread is done.
