1 (32 oz) bag baby carrots
1/2 cup packed brown sugar and orange juice
3 tbsp butter
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tbsp cornstarch combined with 1/4 cup water

Combine ingredients except cornstarch mixture. Cover and simmer until carrots are crisp tender. Spoon carrots to a serving bowl. Heat juices to boiling and stir in cornstarch mixture. Boil until thickened, stirring constantly, about 1 minute. Pour over carrots and serve.
