SIMPLE POT ROAST

1 jar chili sauce
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can coke
4 lb rump roast
2 lb bag baby peeled carrots

In a mixing bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. Place carrots on the bottom of a tight fitting drip drop basting pan. Put meat on top of carrots, then pour the sauce over the whole thing. Cover and bake at 275 for 6 hours or overnight. Serve the juices on the side for gravy.
