APPLE RUM RAISIN PIE

Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup ground pecans
6 tbsp butter, melted

Filling:
2/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 egg
2 tsp. rum extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 lb apples
1/2 cup raisins

Topping:
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/3 stick butter
3/4 cup pecans, chopped

Crust: Combine and press in bottom of a 9 inch pan. Refrigerate.

Filling: Whisk together the sour cream, brown sugar, egg, rum extract, vanilla extract, flour and salt. Add apples and raisins and pour into pan. Smooth top.

Topping: Blend flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly then add pecans and blend in. Add topping to pie and bake 50 to 55 minutes at 375.
