PORK CHOP BAKE

3-4 pork chops
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 soup can water
Instant rice, for 4 servings
Minced dry onion
Green pepper, chopped
Garlic powder, salt and pepper, to taste

Brown chops in an oven-proof skillet and layer remaining ingredients in order given. Cover with a lid and bake at 300 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
