1/4 cup butter
1/2 onion, chopped
1-2 clove garlic, minced
2 chicken bouillons
1 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 cup rice
2 1/2 cups water
Melt butter in pan. Mix in rice. Cook until light brown. Mix in remaining ingredients. Put in a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serves 4
