*BAKED RICE AND PEAS*

Category: Rice/Risotto

1 1/2 cups long grain regular rice
3 tbsp butter
1 3/4 cups water
1 (10 oz) can chicken bouillon
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen peas, thawed

Combine ingredients except in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until rice is done. About 10 minutes before serving, stir in thawed peas. Serves 6
