1 pkg sliced Monterey Jack cheese, cut into squares
1 can green chili peppers, chopped and seeded
1/8 tsp pepper
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
4 cups cooked long grain rice
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Combine first 5 ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish. Cover with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for 1 hours.
