HOT CHIP BEEF SPREAD

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp milk
1 pkg diced chipped beef, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped fine
2 tbsp dried minced onion
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted in 1 tbsp butter and sprinkle of salt

Combine cream cheese and milk. Stir in remaining ingredients except nuts. Put into a chafing dish to and sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
