2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp dry onion soup mix
1 cup finely chopped ham
1 cup shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Beat first 3 ingredients until smooth. Stir in ham and cheese. Form into a ball and roll in parsley. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
