JIFFY CINNAMON ROLLS

4 cups flour, divided (up to 5 cups)
1 pkg white cake mix
2 pkgs active dry yeast (1/4 oz )
1 tsp salt
2 cups warm water (120 130 degrees)
2 tbsp butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Confectioners sugar glaze, optional
In a mixing bowl, combine 3 cups flour, cake mix, yeast, salt and warm water; beat until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6 8 minutes. Roll dough into a 9 x 18 inch rectangle. Spread with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up jelly roll style, starting with the long end. Slice into 1 inch circles; place on greased baking sheets. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 15 minutes. Bake at 350 for 15 18 minutes. Drizzle with glaze, if desired.
