CRABBY CHEESE SPREAD

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
8 oz crab meat
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 (2 oz) jar diced pimento, drained
2 tbsp chopped parsley and onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp hot pepper

Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving
