MARINADE FOR GRILLED CHICKEN

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

1/2 cup lime juice, apple juice and vegetable oil
8 clove garlic, minced
Black pepper, to taste

Combine and use to marinade at least 1 hour. Drain the chicken pieces and blot with paper towels. Discard marinade.
