1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1/8 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste
In a saucepan, whisk cocoa and sugar. Add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly, over medium heat, whisk mixture until it boils. Serve warm.
