CITRUS ROSEMARY MARINADE

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

1/4 cup olive oil, lime and lemon juice
1 tbsp grated orange peel
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp crushed rosemary
1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Combine ingredients and use to marinade 1 lb meat for about 2 hours before cooking on the grill.
