1 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
2 (16 oz) cans pork and beans in tomato sauce
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup ketchup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tsp cider vinegar

In a skillet, cook beef and garlic until browned. Drain. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour mixture into a 2-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir occasionally. Serve hot.
