SMOKED SAUSAGE DELIGHT

4-5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick
1 large onion and green bell pepper, sliced
1 medium head cabbage, chopped
2 lbs smoked sausage, sliced about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick
Cavendar’s Greek Seasoning, salt and pepper, to taste
3/4 to 1 cup water

Place potatoes in a large roasting pan. Top onions and pepper on to. Sprinkle with seasonings. Top with cabbage and season some more. Add sausage next, covering cabbage. Pour water over all. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
