SHRIMP AND CRAB AU GRATIN

1 medium onion, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup half-and-half
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 egg, beaten
1 lb crabmeat
1 lb shrimp, cooked and peeled
2 tbsp grated parmesan or Romano cheese
5 oz grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper and cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Bread crumbs

Saute onions and celery in butter until soft. Stir in flour until combined. Whisk in half-and-half until smooth. Remove from heat. Add wine and stir to combine. Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs. Blend carefully and put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Serves 6-8
