FETTUCCINE CON PESCE FORMAGGIO

1/2 lb scallops
1/2 lb fresh shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 cup dry white wine, water and half-and-half
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp flour and lemon juice
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 lb fettuccine, cooked al dente
While pasta is cooking, bring wine and water to a boil in a saucepan. Add seafood and cook for a few minutes; reserve 1 cup liquid. In a saucepan, melt butter and simmer garlic. Add flour, stirring to combine. Add cooking liquid and half-and-half. Cook until sauce thickens. Stir in cheese and lemon juice.
In a separate skillet, saute zucchini until softened and stir into seafood mixture. Mix in sauce and ladle over pasta.
