JALAPENO DIP

Category: Dips - Cold

Makes 3 cups
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups shredded pepper cheese (6 oz)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup taco sauce
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp chopped green onion

In a large mixer bowl combine first 5 ingredients until well blended. Gradually beat in taco sauce and milk. Stir in green onion. Transfer to small crocks or jars. Chill. Serve within 5 days as a dip for tortilla chips, toasted tortilla wedges, or vegetable dippers. Refrigerate leftovers.
