SHERRIED CRAB SPREAD

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/2 tsp steak sauce
1/4 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 (6 oz) can crab meat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed
2 tsp snipped chives

In a large mixing bowl combine ingredients except crabmeat until smooth. Gently stir in crab meat and chives. Spoon into 2 crocks or bowls. Cover and chill.

Serve within 5 days with assorted crackers or party breads. Refrigerate leftovers.
