CRAB AND ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE

3 tbsp butter and flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper and ground mustard
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot sauce
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lb backfin crab meat
1 (1 lb) can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup butter bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350. In a saucepan, melt butter and add next 4 ingredients, stirring until smooth. Gradually add milk and cook until thickened, stirring occasionally. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well.
Arrange artichoke hearts in bottom of a 1 1/2 quart casserole and spoon crab mixture on top. Combine bread crumbs and cheese and top casserole. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Serves 6-8
