CREAM PUFFS WITH RUM CREAM

Cream Puffs
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
Preheat oven to 375. Bring to a boil; add 1 cup flour. Cook stirring constantly until a ball forms in center of pot. Remove from heat; add 4 eggs, ONE AT A TIME; beating well after each addition. Drop by tbsp on a greased baking sheet 4 inches apart for 45-50 minutes. Turn off oven; crack door open to cool slowly.
Custard Rum Cream Filling
2 cups milk
1/4 cup rum
1/2 cup sugar
Heat until hot; add:
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp cornstarch
2 beaten egg
2 tbsp butter
Cook until thickened, press a sheet of plastic wrap on top of the custard and cool completely.
Assembly: Cut top off of puffs; fill with custard.
