PEPPERED MEAT MARINADE

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp seasoned pepper
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 lb steak, your choice

Combine ingredients in a resealable bag and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Remove steak; discard marinade and grill as desired.
