Soak and Baste
1/2 cup peanut or olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup red or white wine, sherry or sake
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Fresh ginger, sliced
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning

Mix ingredients. When it is to be used as a marinade, add the meat to it in a resealable bag and marinade overnight. Grill to desired doneness.

NOTE: In a hurry, add 1/2 cup cider or white vinegar and 1 can beer or coke. Marinade at least 1 hour. Keep in mind that the coke with sweeten the meat.
