WALNUT-CRUSTED ORANGE ROUGHY

4 (5 oz) fillets orange roughy fillets
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
3 tbsp seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp sesame seeds and parsley flakes
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper. Place flour and egg in separate shallow bowls. In another bowl, combine next 4 ingredients. Dip fish in the flour, egg, and then the walnut mixture.
In a large skillet, cook fish in butter in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily.
In a small bowl, combine honey and soy sauce. Serve with fish. Serves 4.
