ORIENTAL MARINADE

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

Combine:
1/4 cup soy sauce and dry sherry
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 crushed garlic clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

Makes enough for 1 lb meat of your choice. Marinade at 30 minutes to 1 hour before grilling.
